renovation of an apartment

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a block of flats of the '00s in Glyfada having its own entrance and large openings and with the main advantage of the comfortable elevated terrace on its facade.

The purpose of the renovation was to give users a contemporary high specificated apartment with a limited budget, as it would be a short-term rental apartment.

Alternation of colors, clear-cut spaces, and sharpness of functions were the criteria of this project.

Completely redesigned so that it can accommodate a four member family of or two couples, thereby creating two bedrooms with two baths and an open fully functional space of kitchen, dining and living room, with the latter now integrated and in direct contact with the apartment's raised terrace.
