The object of the 33,00 sq.m apartment's renovation in a typical holiday apartment building in the southern suburbs of the '70s was the restructure of its fragmented existing spaces.

Purity, fluidity, dilation and the sense of discovery are the basic synthetic principles.

Hall, living room and kitchen are integrated in order to give to the apartment more convenience while maintaining their functional autonomy and creating in the same time a bedroom. The bathroom is redesigned and remodeled to optimize the space for everyday use.

The floors were replaced throughout the apartment and were chosen to unite them in one style and one material creating homogeneity.

All the special constructions and furniture (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom) were designed in simple and discreet lines, ultimately composing a contemporary result.
