The extension of a small boutique hotel to the upper, unfinished seafront floor is completed by introducing two contemporary high standard apartments.

A contemporary nest, located at the port of Agistri island.

The existing exposed wooden roof was the key element to introduce a wooden mezzanine, receiving a cozy sleeping area with ergonomically designed customized bedhead and the built-in double bed.Under the mezzanine is fitted the kitchenette, the bathroom and the wardrobe, leaving the double height for the development of the lounge space of the studio, with direct access to the balcony and view to the sea.
