The Agkistri Βoutique Ηotel is about a renovation and reconstruction of a former beach bar and restaurant. More precisely, the project is about the conversion of the hospitality area into accommodation spaces. Reserving the shell of the building, the ground floor, incorporates 4 hotel rooms and the first floor with the annex of a small volume, receives 3 apartments with a private plunge pools. Furthermore, the outdoor area will sustain a swimming pool creating "islands" reserved for the guests and a new pool bar.
